Jūlija Zaharova is a Recruitment Consultant with more than 12 years of experience working with Latvian and international companies. She manages relationships with WorkingDay clients from the first conversation through to project completion, taking the time to understand each company’s business and helping identify the recruitment solution that best fits its needs.
Her Master’s degree in Management from the University of Latvia enables Jūlija to approach each client’s needs from a broader perspective, considering the business, the team and the company’s objectives.
Over the past five years, Jūlija has overseen nearly 400 recruitment projects across a wide range of industries. A significant part of her professional experience has been in sales and commercial recruitment - from sales and account management professionals to business development, sales management and senior leadership roles. This experience has given Jūlija an in-depth understanding of how very different business needs can lie behind seemingly similar job titles.
Jūlija values clear and open collaboration. For her, a successful recruitment project is not only about achieving the desired result, but also about being a trusted and professional partner to the client throughout the process.
