These tests allow us to evaluate the overall capacities of the candidate (languages, mathematics and space perception), as well as characterize the individual based on 5 principal personality traits: emotional stability, extroversion, co-operation capacity, conscientiousness and openness to new experience.

Practical tasks are a valuable tool for evaluating the practical skills of the candidate and their suitability for the job. It provides an insight into the reasoning pattern of the candidate, their attitude towards work tasks, as well as the time needed to complete the work. Furthermore, it provides the applicant a glimpse of the daily duties to be done.

HOGAN personality test and job suitability assessment
We perform personality testing that evaluates 7 dimensions of personality: adaptability, ambition, social skills, sensitivity in relations, caution, curiosity, learning ability.
