Kā Datu analītiķis/-e Baltijā Tu būsi nozīmīga daļa no datu profesionāļu komandas. Pārējā komanda atradīsies Norvēģijā, un kā Møller Digital Baltijas pārstāvis/-e Tu būsi galvenais datu speciālists Baltijas reģionā. Tev būs būtiska loma organizācijas virzīšanā uz datu vadītu pieeju, kā arī atbildīgas un ilgtspējīgas datu izstrādes un izmantošanas nodrošināšanā.
Tev būs iespēja veidot šo jauno lomu, izstrādājot un uzturot datu modeļus Snowflake/dbt, kā arī izstrādājot un pārvaldot pārskatus un informācijas paneļus Power BI, lai atbalstītu gala lietotājus Baltijā ceļā uz datu vadītāku darbu. Kā daļa no Norvēģijā bāzētās komandas Tu pārstāvēsi un atbalstīsi Baltiju, strādājot patstāvīgi, vienlaikus cieši sadarbojoties ar pārējo komandu stratēģijas un attīstības principu saskaņošanai.
Pašlaik Møller Digital Baltijā veic tehnoloģisku modernizāciju, pārejot no mantotajām sistēmām uz mūsdienīgu datu platformu ar Snowflake un Power BI. Tu būsi viens/-a no galvenajiem/-ām šī projekta veiksmes nodrošinātājie/-ām, izstrādājot risinājumus Baltijas organizācijai, kas atbilst tās darbības modelim.
As a Data Analyst in the Baltics, you will be a vital part of a team of data professionals. The rest of the team will be in Norway, and as the Møller Digital Baltic representative, you will be the designated data professional in the Baltics. You will have a key role in making the organization more data driven, and to ensure development and use of data is responsible and sustainable.
You will have the opportunity to shape this new role by creating and maintaining data models in Snowflake/dbt, as well as developing and managing reports and dashboards in PowerBI to support end users in becoming more data-driven across the Baltics. As a full member of the team based in Norway, you will represent and assist the Baltics, working autonomously while closely collaborating with the rest of the team to align strategy and development principles.
Møller Digital is currently doing a technological lift in the Baltics, transitioning from legacy systems to a modern data platform on Snowflake and Power BI. You will be instrumental in ensuring success in this project, building solutions for the Baltic organization that fit their operating model.

What you will do:
- apkopot un modelēt datus no dažādiem avotiem un iegūt vērtīgus ieskatus;
- atbalstīt notiekošo pāreju no mantotajām sistēmām uz mūsdienīgu, mērogojamu mākoņplatformu (Snowflake/dbt);
- izstrādāt un uzturēt pārskatus un informācijas paneļus, kas tiek ikdienā izmantoti visā organizācijā (Power BI);
- strādāt starpfunkcionālās komandās ar biznesa pārstāvjiem, palīdzot lietotājiem kļūt datu vadītākiem.
- You will gather and model data from different sources and extract valuable insight.
- You will support the ongoing transition from legacy systems to a modern and scalable platform in the cloud (Snowflake/dbt)
- You will build and maintain reports and dashboards used daily across the organization (PowerBI)
- You will work in cross-functional teams with the business, supporting users to become more data driven

We are looking for someone who:
- izpratni par biznesa vajadzībām, zinātkāri un motivāciju radīt pievienoto vērtību;
- teicamām komunikācijas prasmēm angļu valodā un spēju patstāvīgi strādāt ar attālinātu komandu Norvēģijā;
- padziļinātām zināšanām un pieredzi darbā ar Power BI;
- pieredzi datu modelēšanā, vēlams ar dbt un Snowflake;
- spēcīgām analītiskām prasmēm un spēju sarežģītus datus pasniegt skaidrā un saprotamā veidā.
- Understands business needs, are curious, and is driven by delivering value
- Has excellent communication skills (English) and can work autonomously with a remote team based in Norway
- Has a strong knowledge and experience with PowerBI
- Has experience with data modelling, preferably with dbt and Snowflake
- Has strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear and comprehensive way

Kvalifikācija:
Qualifications:
- vismaz 3 gadu atbilstoša izglītība, ko var aizstāt ar darba pieredzi šajā jomā;
- vismaz 5 gadu atbilstoša darba pieredze;
- pieredze darbā ar Power BI un datu analīzi;
- gatavība regulāri doties komandējumos uz Oslo.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant education. Can be offset by relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Power BI and data analysis
- Flexibility to travel to Oslo on a regular basis
