If’s IT Unit is developing next-generation insurance systems, working with more than 25 various in-house development projects across the Baltics and Scandinavian countries, using the newest technologies, teamwork and continuous knowledge sharing. If ievieš Next.js viņu izstrādes vidē un meklē speciālistu/-i ar padziļinātām zināšanām, kurš/-a palīdzētu vadīt šo procesu. Tu būsi kā ieviešanas virzītājspēks, sniedzot padomus komandā iesaistītajiem, popularizējot labāko praksi un stiprinot komandas kopējās prasmes darbā ar Next.js.
If tīmekļa lietojumprogrammas piedāvā Ziemeļvalstu klientiem modernu un pievilcīgu pašapkalpošanās pieredzi, ļaujot viņiem pārvaldīt savas apdrošināšanas polises, atlīdzības pieprasījumus un maksājumus. Papildus tīmeklī bāzētajam pašapkalpošanās risinājumam komanda koncentrējas uz API izstrādi citiem pakalpojumiem, piemēram, mobilajām lietotnēm.
Šajā amatā Tu izmantosi savas tehniskās un nozares zināšanas, lai veicinātu gan projekta attīstību, gan komandu panākumus. Komanda sastāv no kolēģiem, kuri strādā dažādās jomās un atrodas ne tikai Baltijā, bet arī Skandināvu valstīs: Turku, Espo, Rīgā un Stokholmā. If are excited to introduce Next.js into their development landscape and are looking for someone with strong expertise in the framework to help lead the journey. This person will act as a catalyst for adoption, mentoring team members, promoting best practices, and strengthening the team’s overall capability in Next.js.

You could become one of them in the Digital services unit, where modern technologies, smart design, and user experience are key drivers. They are now looking for a motivated and talented individual to join one of their teams.
If’s web applications offer their Nordic customers a modern and appealing self-service experience, enabling them to manage their insurance, claims and payments. In addition to web-based self-service solution, the team is focusing on creating APIs for other services like mobile apps.
In this role, you will use your technical and domain expertise to contribute to both development projects and teams’ success. Your closely co-operating agile team consists of people working in different expertise areas and in different locations: Turku, Espoo, Riga, and Stockholm. The team is relaxed and supportive, but also ambitious and continuously improving the ways of working.

What are you going to do?
- veicināsi Next.js ieviešanu uzņēmumā, apmācot un atbalstot kolēģus, lai uzlabotu viņu prasmes un paaugstinātu pārliecību par šo jomu;
- izstrādāsi tīmekļa risinājumus un API, izmantojot Azure;
- pielietosi zināšanas par C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC un API;
- strādāsi ar front-end tehnoloģijām, piemēram, JavaScript, React, Next.js un Razor;
- iekļausi testu automatizāciju un nepārtrauktu integrāciju darba plūsmā;
- sadarbosies ar biznesā iesaistītajām pusēm, lai izprastu prasības un pilnveidotu user stories;
- cieši sadarboties ar citiem komandas izstrādātājiem, strādājot pēc agile principiem;
- izlemsi, kādas apmācības nepieciešamas komandai, lai veicinātu kopējo kompetenci, kā arī veicināsi savstarpējo zināšanu apmaiņu.
- Drive wider adoption of Next.js while coaching and supporting team members to advance their skills and confidence in the framework
- Build web solutions and APIs using Azure-hosted service
- Apply expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs in daily development work
- Work with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, Next.js, and Razor
- Incorporate test automation and continuous integration as part of the workflow
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and refine user stories
- Participate in agile practices and work closely with other developers in the team
- Influence learning topics within your team and contribute to knowledge sharing

- vairāku gadu pieredzi programmatūras izstrādē (senior līmenis);
- padziļinātas zināšanas par back-end programmatūras izstrādi, izmantojot C#/.NET;
- labu izpratni par REST API izstrādi (.NET);
- pieredzi front-end izstrādē, izmantojot React, Next.js, TypeScript/JavaScript;
- pieredzi darbā ar Azure, Git vidēm, pull requests un koda pārskatīšanu;
- ļoti labu izpratni par HTML un CSS (tailwind);
- pieredzi trešo pušu pakalpojumu integrācijā, izmantojot API;
- pieredzi darbā ar GitHub Copilot vai citiem AI palīgiem aģentu izstrādē;
- teicamas komunikācijas prasmes, lai izskaidrotu sarežģītus, tehniskus jēdzienus un loģiku iesaistītajām pusēm un cross-functional komandām;
- problēmu risināšanas prasmes, spēju pielāgoties, un kritisko domāšanu, lai spētu rast daudzveidīgus risinājumus;
- spēju sadarboties komandā, veicot tādas darbības kā code reviews un pair programming;
- brīvu komunikāciju angļu valodā, lai efektīvi strādātu starptautiskā vidē;
- pieredzi darbā ar SQL Server, Entity Framework vai NoSQL ir priekšrocība;
- atbilstošu bakalaura vai maģistra grādu vai līdzvērtīgu darba pieredzi.
- Multiple years of experience in software development (senior level)
- Deep knowledge of backend software development with C#/.NET
- Good understanding of REST API development (.NET)
- Front-end development experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript/JavaScript
- Experience with Azure, Git environments, pull requests, and code reviews
- Solid understanding of HTML and CSS (tailwind)
- Experience with integration of third-party services via API
- Experience with GitHub Copilot or other AI assistants / agentic development
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts and logic to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving and adaptability, including critical thinking and resourceful solution design
- Demonstrate strong collaboration skills and comfort with practices like code reviews and pair programming
- Show ability to work effectively in an English-speaking environment, ensuring clear communication with international teams and stakeholders
- Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, or NoSQL is an advantage
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent work experience
