How do we work?
1. For simple job positions usually it is enough with the placement of job advertisement in the internet and initial screening of job applications. The employer receives most appropriate candidate applications.
2. For more complicated job positions, apart from initial screening of applications, we also select most appropriate candidates from our confidential CV data base and conduct phone interviews. Already during the first week, the employer receives first candidate CVs and is able to organise interviews with candidates.
3. If an employer wants to delegate candidate assessment to professionals, job interviews and candidate assessment should be entrusted to the WorkingDay personnel recruitment specialists. In this case an employer receives 3-4 most appropriate candidates, out of which final candidate can be chosen. Employer also receives a report on each of the final candidates.
4. If the employer needs a temporary employee for a longer period of time (for substituting another employee during maternity/paternity leave, unplanned increase of work amount etc.), we can select, recruit and lease an appropriate employee.
